 note = {The structure of college-oriented motivation of women's college students was studied by Factorial Analysis. The analysis revealed 5 factors as follows, need for academic education, enjoyment and following, active moratorium, family respect, passive idleness. The responses to each item were compared between college students and students of technical (nursery) school, showing that responses of college students were more positive except to the items of 1st factor (need for academic education).
